- We'll assign you the perfect teacher for what you need, send you an onboarding package and connect you with them so you can begin learning! Your lessons are built from The BE Hub, our own learning platform designed to help you Discover, Learn and Practice. Take a look!
- Check in:
- During the course we will check-in to see how you're doing. We will do quizzes, a progress exam and final exam to measure your progress, and each month you can view your reports online from your teacher with comments about your learning.

- Are classes personalized?
- Yes. Every course is personalized to your goals, level, and the situations you need English for — whether that's work, travel, or everyday conversation. We also offer personalised coaching options when you want focused support for presentations, interviews, or high-stakes conversations.
- Will I keep the same teacher?
- Yes. You'll be matched with a dedicated teacher for the duration of your program, so you build continuity and trust.
- Are classes online or in person?
- Most classes are online. In-person classes are available on request.
- Do packages of classes expire?
- No. Our packages do not expire — you can use your hours as you need them over time, and you can pause anytime.
- How long does each level last?
- As an example, at 3 hours of classes per week, each level typically lasts about 7 months. Duration depends on your schedule and weekly hours.
- How can I track my progress?
- Each month you can view your progress reports online, with comments from your teacher about your learning. Teachers also provide continuous feedback during classes.
- Are there exams?
- Yes. We administer placement tests, progress assessments, and final exams, aligned with the CEFR learning framework.
- How do you measure learning outcomes?
- CEFR levels achieved by 96% of clients in 80 hours or less. We use CEFR-aligned placement, progress, and final assessments to track your advancement throughout the program.
- Is the schedule flexible?
- Yes. You choose your class schedule to suit your needs, and you can pause anytime if life gets busy.
- What materials do you use for classes?
- For our lessons we built The BE Hub with our clients in mind. The BE Hub lessons incorporate a wide range of dynamic activities to deep dive into different topics, all pedagogically aimed to help learners Discover, Learn and Practice. Take a look!
